Before using the slitting line, the following checks should be carried out:

1. Check whether the electrical devices and compressed air are normal, and whether there are any sundries on the pinch rolls and leveling rolls.
2. Check whether the compressed air filter needs to be drained of water and whether the oil cup is short of oil.
3. Check whether there is any looseness or damage in the mechanical part of the uncoiling line and make adjustments accordingly.
4. Check whether the gap of the uncoiling line is suitable for the thickness of the flat sheet to be uncoiled.
5. Check whether the oil level of the hydraulic system is normal.
6. Check the lubrication condition of the uncoiling line and see whether the oil level of the automatic oiler is normal.
